      I've been a customer for 8 year, every time i call they just try and find a way to blame the issues on me, and dismiss the issue like nothing is wrong. They are never to blame, every time they come out when they do show up they mess with the router or push me to use their equipment and pay even more a month. Funny their router semi worked, but yet i was blocked and so was the tech person from checking the wifi speed, we tried multiple speed sites and was block from all, i refused to pay for the router expectably since I'm not even getting the service i am already paying for. i reinstalled my router and now it seems like its toggles, I've tried three routers and they all drop internet. I've ran speed test I'm suppose to get 350mbps and i get 98. On a good day we get 250, so 100mbps less than what I'm paying for. They also after making several call and never getting anything fixed now i'm being told i will be charged service fees when they have to come out to fix their issues. This company is a monopoly, there isn't another compony that reaches outside of ********. They are over charging me as i don't get the same rates as my neighbor across the street. When i told customer service and a supervisor i was contacting the BBB they said go ahead. There is NO customer service with this compony. They are rude, and expect money but cant provide the services they provide. This is poor business and something needs to be done. If i could give negative stars i would, but i was forced to put 1 star to many.

      Terrible internet service, overpriced for what you get. Call in customer service doesn't help at all. I've had new lines installed, new modem, new router and still loose service multiple times daily. If anything else is ever available in this area they'll definitely lose all the customers they have around here. I called in on a Saturday morning, was called back after 3 more calls and 2 hours of waiting to be told a tech would be out Monday to get the internet back up. It's Wednesday and still no tech nor any communication at all regarding the internet issue. They've been saying for the last 5 years we'd have fiber "soon" (in or after a short period of time). Soon for them is not the same as it would be for anyone I know. I am not sure when Focus or Cable will be coming but will be happy to change as soon as anything else is available. Just do right by your long time customers that pay for a service you do not consistently provide. Everyone else anywhere has better internet and options.

      ****************** service is horrible. For 8 yrs I have paid for DSL internet that is so sorry you cant even complete school work online, online work for my job, watch tv or even play video games. For 8 yrs I have consistently been promised and told they where putting all customers on fiber optic and yet that is a lie. The customer service is outright rude and they care more about taking money out of someones pocket for service their not even getting then turn around and call wanting to a payment. This business is a shame and should be investigated for its practices as well as their customer service
