I recently created a new account with ********************** ******************** Encore only to have no customer service support regarding ordering shoes. The corporate did not respond to my emails or calls regarding ordering shoes. I was only able to leave a voicemail. On the BBBs website pertaining to Shoe Show Mega, I was able to call corporate ************** and an operator forward my call to ***** ******************* who told me, that I can permanently delete my account and personal information. I proved to *****, that I am in my account, and there is no place within the website to permanently delete my account. She placed me on hold, then came back and told me, that she has to forward the email I sent requesting deletion of my account to her boss. ***** told me, that there is no confirmation email that they send confirming the deletion of my account & personal information. I want confirmation, that my account and personal information has been permanently deleted!Initial Complaint

I ordered shoes they sent me the wrong size and two right shoes and half my order was wrong their policy dictates I should receive a full refund of the shipping for their mistake Since I have been trying to get my money back I've been treated like garbage and rudely talked to especially from a supervisor named ***** and this issue has been going on for a monthInitial Complaint

I purchased sneakers on 7/23/23 online from Shoe Show for $64.99. They billed me after I got an email stating that the sneakers were no longer available. I used my credit card to make the purchase and have contacted the bank. I called Shoe Show to speak with someone and they stated that the bank was holding my money. Again I spoke with the bank and they are not holding my money. They clearly need to issue me a refund. Thank You.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of sketchers, lace up, shoes. I paid $8 for shipping.They sent me slip ons. I hate slip ons. Their website, conveniently, won't show exactly what I ordered.I send four messages and finally some woman responded. I illustrated again and sent her the picture she requested. I have not heard back because they're trying to run out the 30 day return policy, IMO. I won't wear these ridiculous shoes and I won't drive the far length required to actually return them to a store because I don't have the time and is exactly why I ordered online. I want a full refund plus, the shipping. I will no longer do business with this company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order at shoeshowmega.com on 11/27/21. My order number was E0003221864 and the full total of the order for three pairs of shoes was $86.38. Two out of three pairs of shoes I ordered did not fit me or my mother so I decided to return two pairs of shoes. One pair I paid for was on sale for $23.00 and I paid the regular price for the other pair which was $33.99. I tried calling shoe show's customer service line multiple times and did not get an answer. When I finally spoke with a representative she was very unprofessional but informed me that Shoe Show does not provide prepaid shipping labels. She also told me I could return the shoes to a Shoe Show store and get a refund for the original amount I paid for the shoes. On 12/02/21, I returned two pairs of shoes from shoeshowmega.com to a Shoe Show store in *********, **. I paid $23.00 for one pair and the regular price of $33.99 for the other pair totaling $56.99. The store clerk had a hard time doing the refund because he said the shoes were not coming up in the system since they were ordered online. After a while, the return finally went through, however, I only got back a refund of $51.82 leaving me with a credit still due in the amount of $5.17. I am asking that Shoe Show provide me with my additional refund amount owed of $5.17 since I paid the regular price for the $33.99 shoes.
