I have a membership for my grandchildren that they received as a gift over 12 months ago. They no longer are going to Urban Air as they are busy with other extra curricular activities. I have been trying to cancel these memberships without any success. I have not been able to find a way to do it online, I have filled out numerous contact me forms on line and not heard back. I have tried calling but you do not have a way to talk to human I am going to dispute any charges that go through on my credit card since they are not being responsive.If I am having this issue, I can not be the only one. Please helpBusiness response

My five year old son had an experience yesterday I would wish on no one! One of their workers - put his FOOT on my sons back. He wasnt aware that my son and to be clear, my black son had eyes on him. He communicated to my mother (when asked why he did it) that he was trying to tell him it was full. What an IDIOTIC measure to get the attention of anyone - let alone a child in an excessively noisy environment. I am not happy. We spoke with the manager and while he spoke with him - he is still working the area which my son was afraid for a while to go back to. After my mother got him straight and told him he better not ever do it again, she came to get me. I then went over to ask him if he was the one. I told him he needed to apologize to my son who was next to me. He acted like he had no idea what an apology was. To which I responded: Im sorry and he said it and I then said FOR. He wasn't even sorry and is still being allowed to proceed with work. I reached out to the ** ****** - who was dismissive, snarky and an overall displeasure. Because she refused to have her managers view footage (after he had already admitted to doing it) while she was away - he got to continue on as if nothing happened. I proceeded to reach out to law enforcement to make a report about the businesses failure to protect children. What a disgusting experience somewhere that my children have always enjoyed because of the GROSS negligence and failure of leadership. This happened on 12.22.23Initial Complaint

Completely terrible how I filed so many complaints and management Has never responded to not even 1 complaint ! My sons birthday 08/14/22 went here spent almost $100 just for my son to be unable to get on any rides the place was so packed with teens they literally took over every activity station and were trampling over kids in this place I advised staff of this nothing was done I sent an email to corporate multiple times NO RESPONSE. *** spent hundreds of dollars at this place in Cornelius ** and to have a company not even response to a complaint is ridiculous
