We wish to address the correspondence you sent regarding **************** membership agreement with Anytime Fitness. *** Fitness Solutions, LLC is a third party billing services company acting strictly as such for Anytime Fitness.
Effective November 15,2023, Mr. ******* account was cancelled with nothing further due. A refund in the amount of $37.99 was processed back to his bank account ending in 8779.This amount represents his October dues. We believe this satisfies his request.Should you have any further questions for *** please contact our customer care department at **************.

I signed up my son during the summer. I paid a fee to sign up and was told I could downgrade at anytime if needed. I ask to freeze the account or downgrade for many weeks (at the gym in July and in writing by email and by phone) My account was debited as follows in the amount of $40.02 vs $32.49 6/7 $ 32.49 6/21/22-6/30/22-7/5/22-7/18/22-8/1/22-8/15/22-8/29/22-9/12/22 $40.02 Finally, someone said would freeze and take care of it but my account got debited $40.00 on 10/3 after the account was "frozen" for $40.00 they said is for club fees.Initial Complaint

In July of 2021 myself and my fiancée got a membership with this gym, the manager, I believe it was Shawn, he told us we could bring our children in as long as they didn't use any of the equipment, seeing as how my fiancée was only going to use the mats and possibly some dumbbells this was more than ok for us as the children could be around her on the mat. In August of 2021, we were told that we could not in fact have children in the gym and that Shawn had indeed lied to us about it, we cancelled our memberships then and there and the manager at the time, she informed us we would owe a cancellation fee of just short $1000 because the previous manager had lied to us. We demanded to talk to her boss and he called up my fiancée shortly there after and informed us that he cancelled both of our memberships with no dues. In September of 2021 there was an attempt to charge my account for the monthly membership fee, I had my bank block the transaction and refund it, same thing for October of 2021. March 22nd, first time I hear about having a debt with them is when I get a debt collection letter attempting to collect it, and I am disputing that I have a debt as the manager of the gym location told us our memberships were cancelled and with no fees due. This is the first time since August I've heard anything from them about owing anything and it's from a third party. I never received a digital copy of the contract that I signed, and after talking to the debt collector, the email on file is my fiancées, there is something not right going on here.Business response

ABC is no longer handling the account as it was forwarded to Kingston Data and Credit at the direction of Anytime Fitness as of February 27, 2022 and is inactive in our system. Wonderful, very scummy practices it is then. I hope more people complain and the location fails. Never did Anytime Fitness reach out to me regarding this and again refusing to take responsibility, great.
