Date of transaction(s): June 15, 2021 $200 for deposit on Wedding Event Planning Services to hold date of 3-4-2023. Another transaction occurred on March 4th, 2022 in the amount of $740 for florist (who has still not been identified to me nor have I received any notification of what this would all cover). Total paid to business is $950. Business was supposed to provide all wedding planning and event décor services for my wedding. I never received a contract from June payment or invoice and to this day I do not have a contract for any services. Business owner has not provided me any receipts to this day or anything in writing showing me the money is non refundable. Dispute is that I want my money back in full as there has been no services provided nor any communication as to what my wedding would entail or any contract stating that my money is non refundable. Business owner has given me the run around constantly as to why she cannot give me my money back until said dates (both dates have passed without any communication from business owner). All information can be provided showing this information. Business has not tried to resolve the issue. Account order or tracking: Nothing has been provided to show this information.
