The company installed new fire detectors at our home at their recommendation. They had come out to clean our dryer vents in recommended new fire detectors. On Sunday, today, they all started going off. There was no one on call or available to come assist us when we could not turn them off. This company is run by fireman who misrepresent themselves as fire professionals who will help with your home. There was no one on call ********************* the event of an emergency.Business response

The customer did have a false activation from one of our units that we installed after hours on Sunday June 23rd. We called and spoke to her husband the morning of the 24th when we were back open. They are on the schedule this afteroon, the 24th, to have them replaced. I got off the phone with ***** just a few minutes ago and that is the action she would like taken at the moment. I told her if it happens again we will refund her money for the detectors.Customer response
