I took my car up to this shop. It was there for over 5 days. They said that they working on fixing it. I bought the parts. My car is still not driving correctly. He told me I need a new control arm and axel I bought those items. I picked it up today and the car goes from side to side and does not drive correctly and is scary for me to drive. I paid $652 I would like my money back completely. These mechanics **** if they couldnt fix the problem or didnt know how to do it they should have just said that.Business response

To whom this may ************************************** arrived at our Shop after an impact accident on the left rear. He had already replaced a bent rim & ruined tire and requested ** to replace bent control arms also on the left Rear. He intended to bring ** "used" parts which were evedently difficult to find as he brought ** the "wrong parts" and finally "no parts". Through this process of waiting on him we advised him multiple times of the strong liklyhood this may not solve his problems due to the extensive rust on the vehicle and damage to the ***Frame" and underbody. It would take more money than what he was willing to spend and with "no gaurantee". In spite of our advice, he wanted to proceed and we did the best we could with what he gave **. Like him, we were dissapointed in the limited results.

I am rejecting this response because: this is untrue. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company on Monday if dont have money back to me also my debit cards were stolen. The part that was told me was just a control arm and axle thats it we talked on ft. And I have the messages. So how can we fix this. I want my money back so I can get my car properly fixed since it was not fixed properly. If not I will file a lawsuit against this company for more then just the repairs. I will be available to give me ****** $300 of the labor
what we charge but the parts we get is in his car we can not refund
this will be the best we can do to closed this case
other wise hi is free to do what him need to do
