We paid them $2,227.53 on March 1, 2022 to install granite countertops in our kitchen. The issue is that they obviously missed the mark on their measurements for the countertops because there is roughly a 1" x 35" gap behind the sink. We are closing on the house this Friday and we would like to be able to get this finished so we can get the kitchen sink and the dishwasher ready. They have been contacted by my wife three times, my uncle two times, and myself one time. They told my wife that they still had some of the granite left so it wouldn't be a problem to get this taken care of. My wife was asked to provide measurements and pictures which she provided. My uncle provided the same measurements, and I was asked to provide my name, address, and pictures of the gap behind the sink which I provided. It has now been a month and a half since the initial installation of the countertops but they still have not made any attempt to schedule time to finish the job.Business response
