We are working with Kitchen designer Karen M****** employed at kitchen cabinet worx for complete kitchen remodeling. Because of her careless mistake she ordered several wrong cabinets for us. The work now has to be stopped in the middle till the right cabinets arrive. The lead time is long. In the meantime we are going to be without kitchen indefinitely. The work that was supposed to be finished in 5 weeks would take a lot longer. We ask that the company pay extra whatever the amount cabinet company wants, to expedite the right cabinets delivery. While the cabinets sat in their warehouse for 2-3 weeks before delivery was made to our house no effort was made by them to check and ensure if everything is right or not. In other words firstly the cabinets were carelessly ordered wrong and then not even checked before coming to the site. Please help us. ThanksCustomer response

At this point we want the kitchen cabinets worx to expedite the delivery of the right cabinets from the manufacture so that the work can be completed in a timely manner. They need to talk to the manufacturer and work on it. Even if it means they have to pay twice the cost to expedite the process or whatever it takes.
