            I contracted with Lion Buildings to construct a metal building. For the past six weeks, they have promised to start and complete the building. I have called numerous times each week. They will promise a date but not deliver. I have paid for the building but it has yet to be constructed. Thus is fraud.

            They took 20% down payment which was over US $11k. Once payment received they changed completely. They declined to provide any commitment to deliver. They sold the building promising Oct installation after payment they kept moving. Now they say I have to pay 30% more to get it installed in December. As per the signed contract 30% is due upon delivering materials. Now they say they will bring materials only after 50% is paid which is in direct breach of signed contract. Is there any legal help BBB can provide?
