      Purchased a Toyota Highlander in July 2022 from Classic Toyota In Henderson **************. I purchased a power train warranty with Classic Toyota as well. I have completed all service check **** I heard a whining sound and took the car to get serviced for an oil change and a tire rotation. I asked the service tech to put my car on the diagnostic machine because I heard a whining sound and wanted to make sure that nothing else was wrong . He then told me that somethng was wrong with my transmission. This was done at *******************************. I called Classic Toyota and spoke with **** in the service department, and he said and I quote "You can't believe Danville Toyota and we would have to put in on our diagnostic machine to make sure." He wanted me to pay them as well and got the same results from the diagnostic. I had my car towed to Classic Toyota on July 8th, 2024 and It is still there. If there is anyway you could help me with this matter it would be greatly appreciated. My husband is on life support and in the process of having his leg amputated. Thank you Kindly, *************

      I purchased a vehicle from Classic Toyota in Henderson and I had the vehicle for 7 months and found out through DMV that they had never registered the vehicle for me or transfer the plates like they said they were going to do I called them about it and they said that they try to register the vehicle but I owed back taxes and they were allowed to do so but then went on to tell me they were not going to keep trying they never notified me that my vehicle was not registered I drove around with plates on it that look like I might have stolen the vehicle and now only having it for 7 months to transmission has failed on it I asked him was there anything they could do about that since I only had it for a while and they never registered it in my name they proceeded to tell me that I guess you better take it to a shop and have it fixed then I said thank you and I hung up so my issue is why would you sell me something that you knew the transmission was getting ready to go and on top of that you had me driving around illegally for 7 months without even notifying me that could have been a big problem for myself and when I question them about it they were really nasty to me on the telephone.

      I bought a brand new **** tundra which I believed was theirs and then come to find out it was on consignment from another dealership. I found this out because my 30 day tags ran out and now I still dont have a license plate and no return phone calls, so now I have a $75,000 piece of yard art that I cannot drive because there is no tags

      This dealership sold me a vehicle. I traded my then vehicle in with them it took over 45 days for them to process the payoff of the other vehicle. I then discover upon ** state inspection that the tires on this 35k vehicle are dry rooted and unsafe to drive. The cheapest tires that the dealership had were 359.99 a piece I requested a credit due to my purchase of the vehicle was only two weeks ago. They refused claiming they passed NC state inspection. I could not believe a huge dealership would sell a unsafe vehicle to drive my any state standards.

      Good morning I would like to file a complaint against classic Toyota of Henderson and Henderson North Carolina I bought a vehicle from them March 10 and it was damaged and it’s been in the shop ever since March 30 I have not been able to drive it it has been in the repair shop and now they’re saying that they’re not able to repair it so basically I’m without a vehicle I’ve been paying my payments on it ever since I bought the vehicle The vehicle was damage due to their Ford facility so it was already damaged before I bought it If you could help me get this resolved I would appreciate it thank you.
