I ordered a Swift Hitch SHO1 Receiver/Display/Monitor from this company, item number SH01R, order number WB#****, on 11/1/2023. The item arrived on 11/3/2023 and from my first attempt to use it, was damaged or non-operational. (The viewing screen shown only lines of static and never connected to the camera it was ordered to be used with.) I have since attempted to contact this company three separate times to request a refund and instructions on how to return the defective unit. Each of my three attempts to contact them has been unsuccessful as they have and continue to ignore my queries and not respond. I would like to return the unit and receive a full refund of $ 109.00.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have had several phone voicemails from what is apparently the area code, but no written response, nor any voicemail that denotes clearly that they are responding to my complaint.
