The company is refusing to allow me to leave an honest review on their website. I spoke with a rep ****** and she stated that only the agent that helped me with the review link. However since there was an issue with him he refused to send the link. After speaking with another manager they finally sent me the link. After leaving my honest review, ****** stated that before the review went live the owner wanted to speak with me. I got 1 call from him and since I was at work I could not answer. I returned his call and it went to voicemail. I asked multiple times about the review not reflecting on their website and ****** stated that all reviews have to be approved by the owner. All I want is for an honest review to reflect. It has been over a month and I have not hear anything from them.
