I purchased a kids twin size bed on March 2, 2024 from EncoreKids Consignment. I paid $199.99 for the bed plis $9.99 for S&H. At the time I thought that was a little low for a bed that weighted ***************************************** the description. I was later informed by ******************* that the bed was very heavy and she would have to have the bed weighted. I waited and had to continuously call and inquire as to the hold up and seemed to be getting the run around. Finally I received a response on March 7 that it would cost $95.77 to have the bed shipped. ************** offered to pay $25.00 towards the shipping and I paid the additional $60.00, since I had already paid $9.99. It took all the way until March 16 when I received an email that the bed had shipped. Before the email of March 16, I contacted ************** and notified her that the debit card that I used was hacked and I gave her a different debit card number. ************** charged both cards and said that she only charged one. To this date, I still have a charge and hold on the cancelled card. On March I received a notice that my bed was out for delivery. Then I received a delay message. On March 22 my bed was finally out for delivery, I waited at home all day for my package but it never came. I went to *** early the next morning and was told that the shipper requested the bed be returned to EncoreKidsConsignment. *** told me to contact the seller to find out why. I sent ************** an email begging her to contact *** and let them know that she did not request the bed be returned, but the bed was already enroute back to the seller. I received an email from ************** on March 29, no response. I had to continuously email until she finally told me that *** had billed her account $1300 plus dollars to ship the bed back and that she would not be refunding me or reshipping the bed until the matter was resolved in her favor. ************** has my bed and my $270.00. ************** told me she was filing with ***. No claim is filed.Customer response
