From: ****** ******* Sent: Thursday, November 9, 2023 12:22 PM To: *******@triadlandscapesupply.com Subject: Estimate/Design **** ********* ** **** ***** Good Afternoon, I hope you hare having a wonderful day. I wanted to reach out regarding the estimate/ landscape design for my home at **** ********* ** ** **** *****. I met one of your employees at the Farmer’s Market some time ago and she gave me your card. She also stated your company would come out and give design / estimate for $29.99. I was excited to call and make an appointment and paid the $29.99 fee on 10/25/2023. A nice gentleman named Logan came to my home on 10/25/2023 and mentioned some great ideas and gave me a ball park figure of $2,000-$3,000. He also stated he would draft the design/estimate and email it to me. I have reached out numerous times to Logan at 336-******** via text message and calls. He stated the information was sent on Sunday 11/05. I have not received it. I sent a text message on 11/06 with no response. I called again Tuesday 11/07/2023 and he stated he was not at the office but would send it again. I still have not received anything I wanted to discuss the design with my husband and make decisions on our wants and needs, however, I have not received the written estimate or design. As you can probably guess, it is hard to convince my husband to agree to work with your company without this important information. Can you kindly send the information to this email address or refund the fee I was charged for the estimate/design? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, ****** ******* * In addition to this email, ***** ******* and ****** ******* personally went out to the business on Saturday, November 11. There was one worker there that said he would pass on the message that we stopped by. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
