My complaint is with Mr. appliance of Knightdale North Carolina they came to fix my refrigerator on sept 24th 2021. They told me that I needed to replace the electronic controller which day did. Be back on September 28 and installed the electronic controller. I paid a total of $544.40 to get my refrigerator fixed. Call them back again a couple of days later my refrigerator was still doing the same thing everything was freezing on the top shelf. Then they told me it was the refrigerator sensor which they replace. I called Mr. appliance of Knightdale North Carolina because my refrigerator start back doing the same thing in the month of August 2022. I called the Knightdale store I found out that they are now out of business. And started calling the mr Appliance of Raleigh but they said they have nothing to do with it and they couldn’t help me. I got in contact with Mr. appliance franchise headquarters the person that I have been emailing is ***** ******* Executive Assistant I have tried over and over to get help from this lady all she keeps doing is emailing me and telling me nothing. I ask her for my money back so that I can call another company that can come out and look at my refrigerator and get it fixed. I do have all of my receipts from Mr. appliance and I did pay them with my American Express card
