In early July 2023 I placed an order for collapsable barrels in the amount of $135.00 from Country Farm Tack. On July 24th I received an email from their customer service stating they received an order of barrels but were in unsatisfactory condition and that they exspexted another delivery in a few weeks. I never received them or any correspondence. I emailed on 9/18 requesting an update and I stated if it was going to take longer if I could get a refund I would find barrels elsewhere I needed them. They responded said they still hadn’t heard but would update shortly. I asked for a refund on the 27th after not hearing back. They responded I can issue a refund although they were surprised as they didn’t know of anyone carrying barrels. I never received my refund I emailed on 10/4 requesting an update about my refund received no response. I emailed again on 10/5 no response I tried calling the company and no one answers the voicemail is full. This company is a fraud and stole from meInitial Complaint

Ordered a product on June 15th 2023. After multiple calls and emails product was never delivered or shipped. Emails asking for either an update or full refund have gone unanswered. Phone now says mailbox is full and to try again tomorrow which has been ongoing foe weeks now. 6 months is a long time for a delivery date of 4-6 weeks.Customer response

Order number ******** the beginning of the year. Product was delayed due to not receiving shipment from their supplier I contacted them and they explained the above. I waited another month and sent a email and they stated they got a shipment but it was bad quality so they sent it back....this continued through june, july, aug. In august they called me after I left another VM and sent a email and stated they should be getting a new shipment in and I should get the product in a couple of weeks. I waited and since mid sept I have sent emails with no response. Left VM's and for the last few weeks VM is full and I have not heard anything. I can not get a response from them on a delivery and or a status!!Initial Complaint

Ordered pop up racing barrels in June. Items were never shipped kept saying they were on backorder. Eventually cancelled order and never received a refund. Company doesn't respond to emails at all. I placed an order for a Back on Track Therapeutic Mesh Dog Coat, order #******** on Feb 20, 2022, totalling $80.65 from their website. I see theres other complaints and mine is the same. They accepted the order, responded 3/1/22 that "the container is a bit delayed" and should arrive 3rd week of March, 2022. I've emailed them many times and called only to get no response throughout the year, then I briefly forgot about the order until I did spring cleaning. This is a company thats stealing peoples money and now I'm angry #1) at them for being a fraud and 2) at myself for not disputing the charge when I should have. I'm disappointed this company doesnt have the professional or ethical means to make right by customers. The latest phone number that works is 336-300-8287 but no one is brave enough to answer the phone. I want my money back and I hope future customers check BBB before giving their own hard earned money to this sham operation.Business response

We will be glad to refund the customer, we actually sent a text and an email to this customer today but haven’t heard back. We may have the product back in stock to ship as well. The reason it shows on our end, that the refund wasn’t processed earlier is because on our end it showed the customer received their money back through a bank dispute.Customer response

We have given very specific details. The refund was issued through a dispute that your bank said was opened and our merchant services has relayed to us. I ordered a product in November of 2021, I still have not received either a refund or my product! The company will occasionally respond to my multiple attempts to contact them to get the matter sorted out, but then they don't respond for weeks. I'm tired of trying to be nice and give them the opportunity to handle this without any additional parties intervening, or getting police involved, but that's where I'm at now. I want a refund OR a saddle from this company which is what I originally ordered! The company informed me they weren't able to refund me because I disputed the charge with my credit card company, however the company didn't change the charge. Money still left my account and went to this business, so I still don't understand why I can't be refunded. However, this company did say they would still be able to send me a saddle. I was told over the phone by Sheri (Their customer service representative) to pick whatever saddle I wanted and the company was responsible for the overage as the company has failed to deliver my product within the LEGAL allotted time frame. I have been told on three separate occasions I would be sent a saddle and I still haven't been sent the product I ordered. I want a saddle of my choosing, as I was told, or I would like a refund.Customer response

I placed an order with this company Friday, December 2, 2022. This was my second order with this company. I placed an order for a Back on Track Mesh dog blanket, size 31. When I placed this order, it was a phone order, just as my first order was placed. The difference is, my card was charged, and I never got any confirmation nor the product ordered. I started calling this company two weeks after the order was placed, as well as sending e-mails, to no avail. No one ever called me back, and no one responded to my multiple e-mails. If I had not of placed one successful order, I would be filing this complaint as fraudulent activity. I really do need this dog mesh sheet to be shipped to me immediately! I would also like a return telephone call from the business explaining what happen, and why my calls and e-mails were not returned.Business response

We have tried contacting you. Your card wasn’t charged because apparently there was a missing digit on the information we wrote down or else we wrote the billing zip code wrong. I’m not sure what, but we couldn’t get the card to charge? We responded to the website submission but then didn’t get a reply. We would love to ship out the dog cost, we just have to be able to process your card first and since it was a phone order, something must have been transposed incorrectlyCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: This information appears to be incorrect. I have called repeatedly, leaving my telephone number, as well as e-mailing with my phone number. There could not possibly have been anyway you attempted to contact me. My phone records, and e-mail would support this. I have confirmed with my bank that my card was charged. You were not even sure if a number from the credit card was missing or a number from my zip code. The person who took the phone order would have known if a digit was missing from the card or my zip code. I waited on the phone until the charge was processed when I placed the order.

I have not received the horse cooler I ordered and paid 2nd day air charges to received within two business days on 10/21/22. It is now 11/6/22. They have not responded to multiple phone calls to their phone number. They have not responded to any of my emails. I have not received the product ordered and am now currently out over $100 as a result of their fraudulent conduct. I will be reporting them to the Lexington, NC authorities tomorrow. I have reached out to my credit card company and hope to be successful filing a dispute for the money they’ve taken from me. Anything BBB can do to help resolve would be appreciated.Business response
