I purchased a rent to own building October 2021. The door on one side is scraping the threshold on the bottom. Without even coming out to access the situation,I am being told it’s from rain and the ground settling and that they’re will be a charge for them to come out. I have a three year warranty on the building. If the door continues to sag, it isn’t going to close. I was told by the manager that most people fix this on their own. For one, why should they have to of it is a building defect, which it could possibly be; two,I have no clue how to fix any part of a building. To assume a customer should be responsible for fixing a door that is uneven at the top is absurd. That building is going to cost me thousands of dollars, and to know one day it’s just not going to shut…what’s the point in having a building. I will get someone else to come look at it, but shame on you, as a business, to even suggest a customer should fix the issue, when we all know that doing that can void a warranty.Business response

I have called the customer to speak with her about the issue. I left a message and am awaiting a return call. I beleive we will be able to address this for her. -**** Bunce
