I had several **** tickets that expired even though they said if I called they WOULD NOT expire them they did. I put My OWN Lawnmower on lawaway cause they expired it as well brand new mower they said they sale it back to me For ****** I gave them 150 on the mower they gave me a month my pocket book was stolen I told them I could not pay I didn't have the rest of money for the mower I'd like to use my ************************************************* **** they said no I said well give me my money back they said no I said ma'am when you cancel a lawaway either return the money or store credit she said no they kept my personal money. I trusted them they said if I stayed in touched they'd work with me they did not they kept all my other pawns and took my 150 lawaway money as well I said ma'am you can't just keep that money that's not a **** you can do no cash back store credit restocking fee but you cannot just keep all my money bad enough you did not honor your word to work with me I'm a cancer survivor go to hospital a lot missed worked caused money issues I thought they cared about me. I would like the opportunity to get all my stuff back if could if not I want the money that was all mines to purchase the mower from them back or store credit. Please because they are the only **** shop in area they treat people badly I feel it's robbing the community rather than helping it.
