This company charged my debit card without my permission. A price of $50 requested by Storage solutions was paid on 3/8/2022with my authorization. On 3/9/2022 I was charged$25 more with no warning, contact effort or authorizationBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/24) */ Rent was due 02/24/22. Client didn't pay and didn't respond to several attempts to reach him until 03/04. At that time, he owed rent, late and cut lock fees totaling $135.75 which has not been paid. Per the lease, if the tenant has possession on the due date, rent is due and there are not prorations of rent when one moves out. He didn't pay and stated he wanted to close the unit out but there were items in it and the lock was not removed. He said he didn't have a way to move the items. Per the lease, all items must be removed from the unit, cleaned and the lock removed. He was asked to move the items and lock, he stated he would on 03/08/22. When he didn't show that day, another call was made. He signed an abandonment form ekectronically that day because he didn't have a way to move the items. He was told the clean up fee and removal of lock fee was $100. He said he couldn't pay $100. The clean up fee was negotiated to $50 and he was to bring the key that night. He stated he would pay the cut lock fee if he didn't bring the key. He failed to bring the key so a $25 to cut the lock was processed.
