I hired this company to move me after review of their BBB profile and recommendation of another trusted moving company I had used for years. They were extremely unprofessional and argued the entire time. I paid $1102 to move me literally one block from 8th to **********. (Including a 380lbs gun safe to the first floor). During the even they severely damaged my fridge door and now have given me the run around about replacing it. It is a black stainless fridge that is expensive and they continue to make excuses as to why they can't repair the damages. I will be opening a small claims case. The estimated damages will be about $1000. I would not use this organization if you're looking for professional services. They are not and do not take accountability.Business response

I submitted the insurance claim after customer rejected our attempts to fix his refrigerator. We have the *************************** which covers these kind of damages. Basically, after submitting the claim, our insurance company take care of the whole reimbursement or repair process. We cannot legally communicate and negotiate with this customer after submitting the insurance claim.
I emailed to this customer the insurance claim receipt.

I am rejecting this response because: the company never had any attempts to repair the fridge. I gave them a month with no progress. I even called ******* and forwarded the number and part information. They continued to give me the run around. Buyer beware do not use this company.
I will update if and when the insurance claim comes through.Business response

We were working hard to find the way to fix it and got few estimates from few different companies.
It not depends of us how soon we got response from third parties. We are movers. We are not refrigerator specialists. Each response with an estimate took few weeks.
After the customer send me the text message that he want an official ******* representative fix his refrigerator, we decided to file an insurance claim instead, because we were not able to find an official ******* certified mobile specialist who will fix the scratch on the refrigerators door. The refrigerator works fine, its just a scratch on the door. ******* specialists are fixing refrigerators, not the scratches.
Basically, we have no obligation to fix broken stuff. We provide an insurance who authorized to fix it. We filed an insurance claim and send a cope of the claim to the customer. I would like to help more, however I do not know a lot about how to fix the scratch on the refrigerators door.
