Poor work and unfinished service. Manage agreed to repair and complete but no response in last 7 days. Just a note that the space over the garage is actually 16 feet. As long as we all agree that the fixes are acceptable when finished we can proceed. I am pretty much available any day after today. Let me know when you want this scheduled.**** From: Affordable Handyman Service <*********************************************************> Sent: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 11:53 PM To: *************************** <********************>Subject: Re: AFFORDABLE HANDYMAN SERVICE Hello ************* bought the 5 ft section where tape was missing They didnt do this on purpose I assure you It was over looked somehow. I apologize for that inconvenience also the area where the bubble is could be fixed in 2 minutes As far as the ladders I apologize for them using the ladders we can clean the remaining small amount of drywall mud off for you. The guys also said they had to put a second skim coat on some areas I believe where you send pics With light sand this will become smooth Here is what I can do for you to fix it 1.fix the small bubble area 2.do the area in garage that was missed tape/mud 3 clean up the small white spots of mud 4 sand the 2 areas that a second coat was applied Not the entire garage 5 wash off the ladders and remove the small amount of white mud. Very small amount should clean right off This should take around 2 hours to do this job For the guys to complete Is this something you are interested in us doing for you Again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you we try to do our best to please all of our customers. Thank you ************ need to get this resolved as see it as a breech of contract.Business response

We have received this message and unfortunately our handyman do not feel safe to return to this property. If the client is that upset about a couple of used ladders then there is no telling what his expectations are and if we can realistically meet those expectations from him
Additionally we will not be returning due to safety issues. Unfortunately in business All customers expectations are different some offer you water while others dread when you take a small break for water.
Im this case the client didnt confront the handyman he wrote in on email wanting us to replace his ladders and making uncomfortable demands
