I am concerned Relias is not forthcoming that purchased courses expire a year from purchase. Course descriptions do not state expiration dates. The order, does not state the course expirations. Relias responded you have to go to the *** page for course expiration. As a business owner, I can't recall an instance where I would have to go to a *** page to find expiration dates. It seems confusing at best, and misleading at worst. My email to Relias:I need clarification on the information sent to my staff that Relias courses expire. I have listed one example of where it does not state anywhere the course expires or in the order confirmation that the courses expire in a year. My staff was told even though they got an email to take the course, because the course was purchased over a year ago, it was "expired" and the business needed to "REPURCHASE" the course. The course was Titled: Overview of Bipolar and Related Disorders: On the website now-The title added the word, ANIn looking up the course, the course page states the Content Expire on 12/31/2025. Nothing listed on when the class expires.I also went back into my orders, and there is nothing on my side of the order that states the classes expire. When I go into the "ASSIGNMENTS" part of my account, I am allowed to resend the classes that have not been taken.I will await your response to my investment into your services.Their response:Hi *****, Thank you for contacting Relias Support, I am happy to assist! I am sorry as to the misunderstanding about expired courses, I know how frustrating this can be. In our policy under our "***" page, it states that you have one year from the date of your purchase to complete all final exams. I provided a screenshot below of this on our website and I have provided a link to that page, below. When it says "Content Expires" on a course, that is not how long a user has to complete the course after their purchase, that is when the actual content of the course itself expires.Business response

Subscribed to**************** package and Live 48 Hour EMS Refresher package on January 27th 2021 from Distance CME which uses Relias content. Access to**************** access ended in March 2022 while still showing as an Enrolled Course on my website dashboard; access to 48 Hour Refresher is still active. Have contacted support regarding my concerns about this and have not received a satisfactory reply. Distance CME / Relias website does not show an timeframe for course access in their description or during checkout. It was pointed out by support it is in the FAQ area of their website; there is a difference in the timeframes between the courses access; however they bundle both courses together. The lack of clear and concise detail to the length of course access is an issue when selecting the product. I requested an extension on the Anytime CE course and was turned down by Distance CME. The reply was as follows Thank you for your response. I have given your feedback for a clear expiration date and email reminder to our Distance CME product management team. I will advocate on your behalf in our next meeting. I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this issue may have caused. I have spoken with our administrator team and we are not able to grant an extension for the Anytime package at this time. We cannot grant extensions on the program as we do not own it. We have an agreement with HSI to host it on our platform. Please let me know if you have anything else that comes up. Thank You, Distance CME Support People should always be made aware of the terms when purchasing or subscribing to a service. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/05) */ After looking at other complaints against Relias filed on the BBB website and their responses; as well as their canned self absorbed response to my complaint. It appears they have no desire to work with their customers when there are issues. Avoid doing business with Relias.Initial Complaint

I contact customer service to get a refund as i felt that they advertised deceptively by saying the number of continuing education credits were "unlimited" as I found out they were not. I later upgrade for another 107.65 because they REFUSED to give me my money vack. I upgraded reluctantly for the unlimited and found the courses listed as CCMC approved (case management approved) are falsely listed for the number of ceu. Mostly all courses list a number of CEU ythat is not even half of what they really are per the CCMC. For example 10 ceu and really are only 4 CEUs. isted 10 CEU under CCMC approved courses. I took the course and was only given FOUR CEU per CCMC!! I was give 4 ceu by the CCMC for this course ceptively listed as Utilization Management: A Core Course (60162) 10.00 contact hours for the study of: Some courses are OUTDATED and CEU are no good at all. This is the amount charged to my credit card. Feb 6, 2022 *********************** Education, opens menu $53.26 Feb 13, 2022 *********************** Education, opens menu $107.65 I want a full refund!!Business response

Relias is proud of the consistently high customer satisfaction and net promoter scores we achieve. In the rare instances a client relationship may be resolved unsatisfactorily for both parties, we endeavor to accommodate client requests where possible. To clarify, the purchased subscription mentioned in the complaint provides for an unlimited access to courses that are 1.5 CEUs or less. This course list may be viewed here: **************************************** and the "Filter by" option can sort this list by contact hours. State-required courses can be viewed here:*************************************************** CCMC approved courses can be viewed here: ************************************************** CCMC and the Nursing boards do not award hours in the same manner, and the site only allows one type of credit to display per course. Therefore, the Nursing hours are displayed and the CCMC hours are in a byline. In this instance, a refund is not warranted. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/28) */ This is a dispute in regards to the first charge I am willing to accept that I didnt read the fine print on this website. This is in regards to the upgrade I made for 107.58 that I paid to get unlimited ceu only to find that the number of CCMC ceus that are listed were NOT as described. Examples can be provided if you like. Example one course listed 10 ceus and when completed ccmc approval was for only 4 ceu. There are also courses that were expired! and CCMC would NOT accept them! I called my credit card company and we are disputing you I should really sue your co. for fraud and deception.
