I purchased a 2019 **** Edge from this dealership. I purchased on November 19, 2023. This vehicle has a bad transmission. This dealership will not help in any way with transportation while my vehicle had to be fixed. Managers are extremely rude.

I am rejecting this response because: The dealership is using my extended warranty that I purchased to cover the costs of my loaner while they fix a transmission problem that the vehicle had when purchased. Once my car is fixed and I am satisfied I will initiate the closing of the complaint.
