For the last three years or so I've had an annual issue with mold spreading throughout the house, specifically on any and all leather and wooden surfaces including doors, cabinets and furniture. Leaves a musky smell throughout the place and takes weeks of scrubbing every surface with hydrogen peroxide, then the next year when the weather gets cold and wet again the same issue happens. Finally had enough of struggling to breathe at night and had Breathe Cleaner Aire come over and do an assessment. I figured it was in the vents because it's harder to breathe with the heat running. A gentleman came over and ran a camera cable through the vents but didn't find anything. He did a perimeter search and found a backed up pvc pipe that was probably the main source of persistent moisture in my place. Suggested an ozone treatment (pump the place full of concentrated oxygen for 4 hours) to kill all the mold in the place and gave me a quote and we scheduled for next week. He came by, hooked up the machine, ran it for 4 hours, took his equipment back and I paid for his services. A couple hours later I came back (you want to let the oxygen treatment dissipate for at least an hour, otherwise you can die) and checked the place out. No visible mold, even in the spots I intentionally left, didn't even need to clean afterward. My place smelled like a urinal cake for 3 days (pure oxygen smells like chlorine) but 2 weeks later there's still no mold and it smells fine again. 5 stars, worth the price.
