. First Red Flag - ******* claimed she made the flowers in a post (which she does make flower arrangements, just not these). She had the audacity to take ALL the flowers/greenery that had been disposed of from my wedding and reuse them for the wedding the following day – she claimed she made all the flowers, and “will admit I used boutonnieres that I found to eliminate the need to put together a few less than I had to do.” This means, she pulled all of the flowers/greenery out of the trashcan and used them for the following wedding, how disrespectful for the second couple. Knowing 4 boutonnieres were left over from my event and then being disposed of, she still claimed this creation as her own on the FB post and each and every other time asked about them, she denied using the trashed flowers. Every bit of the flowers/greenery that was thrown away from my wedding was used at the next wedding, including all three of my bridesmaids’ bouquets and all the loose flowers from the tables. (Thanks for the compliment in taste, but now ill be looking at two weddings with the EXACT same flowers for LIFE) ******* did nothing to change the flower creations and still had the lace from my mom’s dress from the 70’s wrapped around the stems of the bouquets. I spent SO many hours picking out the perfect flowers/decorations/details for our special day and ******* failed us and shared all of this with another couple. Not only ruining the most documented part of a wedding for one couple, but two couples. This second couple would not have known if I didn’t reach out – ******* Charged this couple and took credit for ALL of the flowers for their special day. This is the response I received after reaching out, “I (Katrina) realize that you are still upset about this and there isn’t a solution I can find to undo what has already passed.” It took my florist claiming these and talking to her befroe she would even think about refunding the money to the second couple. I WANT A FULL REFUND
