No payments to provider, is scam platform, airport shuttles owe our company more than 80K usd, don't use the platform or work for the platform, we been waiting for the payment more than 4 months now, they never reply back,Review from Christian S

This comment is a bunch of crooks. I received a reservation confirmation and everything. When I land, I receive a text telling me to make a reservation with another company. I call the customer service number, and I'm told the other company doesn't pay them, doesn't exist, and I need to make another reservation.
I told the person this is a scam. I know South *******, this is a typical South ******* scam.
We will be getting l our money back. **** these guys. Don't use them.Review from Fekry S

Do not use this platform as provider nor passenger
I own a ********************** LLC
We were the provider of airport shuttles for longer than a year with rate 5 stars without missing one trip or any complain from any passengers
Also airport shuttle had very bad communication with providers or passengers (no call answer nor email reply )
We were always paid late then suddenly scammed for payment
They increased their commission from 12% to 45% without our approve a month ago and pended our payment (around $7k ) which is violation and scamming
We also had feed back from many passengers that did not get service nor refund
airport shuttles is not transportation company but just platform to book a provider of transfer
it is ashamed to be stolen.
we help it to grow up and be famous worldwide but now , they stole us and passengers

Arranged for a private SUV for pick from the airport and transport to the hotel. Ride did not show up. Contacted the customer service by email, phone and text and three weeks later have still not received any answer. Called the dispatch number went to voicemail, no response. Great 24 hour service, NOT. We finally was able to get the "driver" to respond by text. Driver that was supposed to pick us up had a customer in their vehicle. He said that he did not work for airportshuttles.com and that we would have to go through our credit card to get a refund. The dispute was closed with no refund. Reopening the case to get my money back. This cost me several hours of time and additional funding for an ***************. DO NOT use Airportshuttles.com! What a horrible start to a much needed vacation.
