On March 1st 2023 I paid $125 to sign up for a grant ******* with Quality Jones. I chose to upgrade to a QvsQ business ******* shortly after on March 3, 2023 and paid and additional $1,260. The ******* was a total of $1700. I was told that work would start being done once i paid at least half and the rest could be paid out so thats what I did. I gave the ******* some time and realized nothing was being done. I wasn't getting anywhere in my business with the help of this company and had recieved inaccurate information causing setbacks. I reached out to ***** several times and recieved no response. I emailed asking if grants were being applied for on my behalf and was ignored. In May I chose to file a dispute with my bank. After investigation my bank found no error so ***** was able to keep the funds therefore the ******* was paid for minus $100 she stated was the balance that turned into $215. She states that the ******* I paid for was accessible for 5 yrs. After the dispute decision was made I reached out and asked her how she wanted to proceed since she was able to keep the funds. I noticed that she took away all access to features of the ******* which didn't make sense to me because it had been paid for therefore I should continue to have access and at least try to get something out of it. She continued to ignore me. Her team kept saying they sent her emails and she would tell them she was going to call me and never would. It became apparent i was being avoided. I only had $100 left to pay off the *******. ***** has kept all my money, refused to communicate with me, and give me anything that i paid for. After several emails and a final email expressing my disappointment she responded saying she was advised not to communicate with me and its now a legal matter and replied, "please leave a review" in which I definitely did. The way the matter has been handled has been very unprofessional and unethical. I'd like my money back or to receive what i paid for.Business response

The client filed 2 disputes with her credit company already that are still open & we received charge backs from them. We were advised not to reply directly to the client until those disputes are closed & decided on by her credit card company. There were 87 time stamped emails, personal texts, & calls presented to her credit company between me & my partners proving that services were rendered up until she stopped paying her invoice & opened the disputes. Exactly ********************************************************************************* finding a loan. We informed her of the qualifications to get a loan (she didnt qualify) & then we received a dispute. The client says she was notified by her credit card company that the disputes were closed & that they sided with **, so no refund was due to her. However, we have not heard back from her credit card company as of today June 8th and it still states in my e-commerce portal that it will not be closed until June 30th by her credit card company & no funds have been returned from her dispute. Im top of the two disputed amounts being taking back from us as payment, She also still owes for her membership so it is paused until the disputes are finalized that she filed & her remaining balance is paid in full. Her account is currently with our collections department & legal representative until further notice.

I am rejecting this response because: It is a lie. I was not calling trying to get loans leading up to the dispute and even if I was that's the service that I paid for?? This situation could have easily been resolved by answering my questions and addressing my concerns. ***** said I owed a balance of $100 and then stated $215 via email invoice. Every time I emailed in regard to status or what was going on it was ignored. I paid for this membership from 2 accounts, the bulk on one and $200 from another, When I lost the claim for the 1k+ I called my other bank and personally closed the dispute because if she was keeping the 1k+ it only made sense to see it through and stick it out in hopes that I would get what I paid for which is exactly what I emailed to her. When I called her team they claimed they knew nothing about what was going on and stated several times that they had reached out to *****, I wouldn't have had to call several times if ***** had simply communicated whether good or bad. Eventually a rep stated that she responded via email saying she would give me a call in which she never did. I emailed ***** asking how she wanted to move forward after she was able to keep my funds on behalf of my bank, instead of simply saying that after the claims were closed we would do x,y,z to move forward ***** chose to ignore me and claim she was advised to do so therefore why would I continue to pay more money to someone avoiding me after being paid $1300???? When I realized I was being intentionally ignored I left a review of my experience and rightfully so in fact it was per *****'s request. I literally sent proof of the several emails sent. I'd love to see the proof of the work done on my behalf because I have nothing. Quality Jones is very unprofessional and I regret having any dealings with this company.
