      I work for Remax, they encouraged us to try photofy for advertisement type help. I was only able to use a couple times then unable to even open my app. I tried calling to cancel and for technical help. This was beginning of 2022. Then a year later, my Credit Card notified me of a $100 charge. I never received an invoice, email or anything. I reached out immediately and have tried all month. The phone calls ring, music plays, then says to busy, email us and then call drops. I have tried emailing several times, you get an immediate generic response, then it tells you to go thru the same process, over and over. I am unable to open, I have not received any confirmation on cancelation, no response to any emails, none of the billing or technical calls ever get answered, they have not refunded me. It says no refunds and must cancel before, but no emails to remind, no invoices, and I have been unable to open my app or contact. It's like they don't really exist but keep charging. I want it cancelled and a refund, I feel I was tricked and wrongly charged, and no customer service help with technical problems or cancelation. I was charged for something I could never use or get help to use.

      I had requested, in writing, that services be cancelled and to stop billing on 9/24/2021. I received confirmation on the same date that services were cancelled and I would not be charged any further. I still was charged the monthly fee. I contacted them again on 11/24/2021 and asked for an immediate resolution. I received a response stating it was passed on to a manager and I would be contacted shortly. I have not received any further communication. I sent follow up requests on 12/1 and 12/3 but have had no response.
