Had a vehicle loan, I owed less than 5800, I had been paying more than required payment. Vehicle was involved in accident and was totaled, my bank/insurer contacted LGFCU, for payoff, bank sent payoff to credit union, I received a bill for 2.27 cents, I call to see what was going on. I was first told that my insurer didn't pay the correct amount, my statement proved otherwise, then I was later told I didn't have gap insurance. Sounds like BS to me, insurer requested the payoff, the amount is good for 10days, credit union receives enough funds for payoff. So no money is owed and gap insurance for something that had been paid down wouldn't be required.

I completed a payment on 9/4/22 to someone who was supposed to sell me event tickets. The payment of $400. was made using the application "Zelle". This turned out to be a scam and after reporting it to the bank I was told there was nothing they could do since the application worked like a wire transfer. They are my financial institution and supposed to help with resolving fraud on my account, which they are not.

I checked my credit report and noticed I had late payments from SECU/LOCAL GOVERNMENT . At the time, I was transitioning between jobs and going through an economic hardship. As you can see, I have made most of my payments on time so I am asking in goodwill faith for this one time to please remove these late payments from my account. I am trying to increase my score to qualify for a mortgage and I would greatly appreciate if you guys would forgive the late payments.

We bought our house in 2020 and signed a loan with our bank for 628.00 a month. Fast forward to 2022, last week we get a letter in the mail saying our house has started the process of foreclosure due to unpaid taxes. Mind you, we have made every payment. We then reach out to the original mortgage officer by phone and email, no response. We then call corporate in******** in which they try to tell us that the taxes were never provided at the beginning of loan. However, according to our lawyer we used at closing and our loan disclosure, the city and county taxes were both collected and added into escrow. Apparently the credit union made an error and did not pay the taxes and did not put the taxes into our escrow. So since 2020, we have been under the impression we have been paying all of our taxes in escrow, which was false due to their mistake. Now they do not want to own up to their mistake and they are trying to raise our house mortgage payment from 628.00 to 783.00 a month! In our loan disclosure it states, if the bank fails to pay, it falls on them, not the borrower
