I'm in search of the Circle K- ***************************************. I cannot find it applying various filters. I want to file a complaint that actually needs to go to Circle K Headquarters ********************************************* which I cannot find as well. On 04/18/2024 approximately 5PM (receipt time 5:05PM) I pumped and purchased gas at pump #**. It's an ongoing issue that the pump never seems to dispense a paper receipt which I need for account balancing. People waiting on line inside have items in hand to purchase from the store. No consideration is given to people just needing a receipt that only have a gas purchase. I went inside that day asking for a receipt not waiting on the long line as I had already made my purchase. ****** was busy with a young lady and told me to wait. The other young lady servicing the line, finished with her then current customer. I asked her for a receipt, she told me to wait. That's when I spoke up and said something to both of them. I said, "You can't give me a receipt, he can't give me a receipt. I made my purchase already, I bought gas. I'm not buying anything inside. Your pump #** never seems to have paper." ******'s response was, "Well, go somewhere else!" I responded, "That's great customer service!" Primarily this issue is ongoing at this gas station that needs to be resolved at all pumps if applicable. People who are local, passing through, Amazon drivers, Fed Ex drivers and many more patronize this business that makes money from these exact customers. Nobody should have to pump gas, be in need of a receipt and continually have to go inside for a receipt, same issue not being resolved.
