AeroCare USA has made two charges to my mother's Credit Card for no reason, and we purchased several items for her when she was released from the Rehabilitation Facility, and those items were charged directly from her credit card, and now two additional charges have been made on her account.Each time this happens, I have to call the company billing department, and get the unauthorized charge removed!!!Review from Margaret M

Mrs. M. Billing issues, Received a past due in Dec. 2021 for $1149. for a CPAP machine and monthly billing. ******** pays for all of this. They forgot to bill ********, now ******** will not reimburse them for the past due amounts and they are threatening to take me to collections. They do a run around every time I call them to correct this. We are told to disregard statements and that its all taken care of. Apparently not, Got a final threatening letter. I will take this up with my Dr. I am sure he has more to say about this, scamming his patients. If I could, you would not even rate a star.Review from Otto S

Billing Issues. Nov. 2021, I received CPAP equipment. A few days later, I received an invoice. Nov. 17, I called about this bill and was informed that Aerocare had my medical insurance information. In Dec. I received another invoice. Dec. 14, I called about the bill and was informed to disregard the invoice. Jan. I received an invoice with a late fee. Jan. 4, I called about the bill and Aerocare informed me they would bill my insurance. Today (Jan. 25), I received the fourth invoice with a statement that Aerocare would determine whether to engage in a collection agency or an attorney to pursue this debt. So I called Aerocare and was informed they had already billed my primary insurance, but they would also bill my secondary insurance. Also, Aerocare said I would not receive any more bills with the legal language about attorneys and collection agencies. My problem is: I called four times about this billing problem. I'm concerned Aerocare will not follow through with billing my insurance. A reasonable person would think the billing problem would be solved after one call.

A review of the account was completed by a member of our Resolutions Team. The insurance information was corrected in our system and claims have now been filed to insurance. The consumer has been notified and advised the claims were filed to insurance.
