Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge! I test-drove a nice looking clean 2020 Dodge ************** with 121K miles on. I took some pictures of it to send to my family to see the car. I liked it and told my salesman I'd take it. My salesman told me the car had to go get detailed and have the stickers removed. Two hours later, I get the car and something just didn't look right. I noticed some scratches I didn't notice before. I drove off the lot. Eleven days later I looked at the picture I had taken for my family of the 2020 Dodge Charger I test drove and bought and about lost it when I noticed an 8000 miles difference in the odometer of the car I had purchased and the one I took the picture of when I test drove it. I was shown one clean car and sold another car. I was lied too. Played like an idiot. I attempted to talk about the issue, he said all sales are final. He denied any wrongdoing. Westgate sold me a car under false pretense and I will go through every avenue I can to get this wrong made right so it never happens to someone else. I have been in the automotive business nearly a half a century. I don't like be treated like a fool and have young punks insult my intelligence. I have irrefutable proof of their wrong doing.

My husband and I went to this dealership for a specific car advertised online. We saw the car in front upon arrival. We were told this car could not be sold and were pointed to the used car lot, where several cars sat with not for sale stickers and no marked pricing when we told him what we were looking specifically ****** we were about to bail, the original salesman who greeted us walks over with some keys, no idea where the cars are and when asked how much, said hed find out. We walk inside and take a seat. Several minutes go by, again we are about to just bail and he drives up in a similar car for us to test drive. Same year, model, price,, but with ****** more miles, leather seats and new tires.We are given the price and I think we are about to discuss, but we give him our license and he is entering information, asking about our down payment and such. We ask specifically about the credit report and are told they only run it once. Ok. Sign here. Im still blown away by what they considered a deal. $14900 turned into over $17000 of financing, and I could not figure out where my $3000 down payment came into play and at 18% interest (even though I was pre approved at lower) this car would have been well over $25,000. Several sales tactics were used to try and keep us from walking away and after 4 hours, we left without a car. A week later and my credit report shows not one, but 8, yes, 8 hard inquiries to my credit. I will not return to this dealership and would advise anyone who does to keep close track of your numbers and what you are signing.
