I placed an online order for 20 kids chivari chair on April 18, 2024. I received an email the same day after the order was placed confirming my order was received, I would be informed when my items have been shipped as well as stating Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days). I sent a follow up email on April 26, 2024, asking for an update as my event was in a week with no response. I sent an additional email on May 13, 2024 with no response. I called the store and spoke with an employee who said she would pass my info on and the owner would call me. No phone call received. I sent another email on May 23, 2024 and July 11, 2024 with no response. I called the store again and spoke with the owner who said it appears I placed a rental and they do not provide refunds. I explained that nothing in any of my communications states a rental, as I was provided shipping info. I explained *** since went to their website and no longer see the item I purchased and there is only a rental option. I explained I live in another state, found there via ******* I asked do they not reach out to orders if they are in another state and she said they should. She then went on they have a delivery fee and I asked what it was. She said whatever the website quoted. I stated I was charged $21.49 noting *** delivery. I explained my numerous emails to them and confirmed I had the correct email address. She said for me to forward an email to her and I said I had sent it that morning (July 11). I called the next day since I had no response and she said she would review and be in touch. I never received a response and sent a follow up email on July 15, 2024 and called today, July 18, 2024 with no answer and their voicemail box is full. Im just wanting a refund for the order as it doesnt appear they are shipping the items as stated in my order.
