Horrible customer service. Angel skates knows it NO EFFORTS TO IMPROVE Communication w/Devil Skates aka angel skates Good afternoon I am reaching out because I have tried to request a return slip for my purchase as the skates are still a miss! The system will not allow me to click on the return request. They do not fit black are too big and rose gold fit exactly the same as the original size 9. Please advise me on how to proceed. I would like a full refund please . At this point I do not care to incur a restocking fee as it has cost me over $50 in shipping cost. I thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you. order #64540 I ordered a size 6, they sent me a size 9! Then they wouldn't send me the correct size until they got the size 9 returned to them! HORRIBLE customer service!!Review from Kathleen F.

I ordered my skates back in 2020 from Angel Skates. My order number is #*****. I was a naïve beginner skater that knew nothing about quality skate brands, and was roped in by the lower price point and pretty colored skates offered by Angel Skates. I had my skates for a month, and skated maybe 2 times a week if I had the time. One day I was skating on a smooth and clean tennis court, when my back wheel on my right skate completely fell off. It seemed like the bearing completely fell apart. Luckily I wasn't going very fast and was able to stop without getting injured. When I looked online that night I saw soooo many posts of other skaters having the same issues, and basically saying Angel Skates are known for being dangerously poor quality and extremely cheap. This company takes advantage of the influx of new skaters that don't know any better by luring them in with a "low" price point (compared to other reputable brands) and pretty looking skates. In reality these skates should be worth less than $25. When I tried to get a refund they refused because I wouldn't be able to return the skate in the same condition that it came in. Well, that's your fault for making such a poor quality product. These skates are extremely dangerous and this company should be ashamed of themselves. I spent the extra money on a reputable brand of skates and have had 0 issues for over a year now.Review from Debra A

I was sent 2 different sizes of skates: an 11 et 10. I called 3 times with no response to date. I want to return them et get a refund.

As a result of BBB's research, I was able to reach a valid customer service number and did reach them. I talked with a customer service representative, who was very empathetic and went beyond the call of duty to send me a return label for the roller skates, the first step towards problem resolution. Her name is *********, if I'm allowed to state her first name. I mailed them via Fedex at a ********* pharmacy and submitted a memo with the skates explaining my problem of two different sizes in the same pair of skates and requesting a refund. I have not heard from them as of today, because the skates would not be mailed until today. I do hope that they will honor my request. I will keep BBB and the public informed.Angel Skates Response

I do appreciate your prompt response to the last reaction to the resolution of my problem. It is encouraging that your company employ persons like *********, because during the the 1950's, 60's and 70s, most of the customer service representatives were like *********.
Thanks again for assuring me that I will get a refund. My last request is to reward ********* for going beyond the call of duty to facilitate my receiving a return label, which started my being able to resolve the problem.Angel Skates Response
