If there was a 0 star rating i'd leave that.... Worst experience, was informed after install that i overpaid by $20,000 because of commissions since i bought outright. AND since year 1 my system has NEVER met the agreed upon production %. I've reached out numerous times and NO ONE has ever got back to me. Complete fraud of a company that does not give a **** about clients after they get paid.... Worse decision i have ever made for home improvements was allowing Sigora Solar to touch my house and never live up to the contract they signed...... still waiting to hear from ANYONE at Sigora....

We had our solar panels and system installed around 2020. It worked fine, then recently began receiving unusually high electric bills and contacted *************** to learn that they hadn't received any generation back since 2023. Then I contacted ******** who purchased our Sigora Solar loan, and they gave me contact information that is no longer valid. It appears that I am paying on something that is not working and then I contact the ***** and it appears Sigora Solar went out of business and without notice to their customers. Trying to find a solution to this nightmare, disabled/retired and need some help on what recourses I can take or who to contact to get services to look at the system. I called one place in *******, ** and they normally won't send anyone out because it would cost the company an overnight travel stays to *******, **. My electric bills are soaring because of the heat we been experiencing this summer, and I would like to find someone to help me. Preferably reputable company. Oh yes, it was reported that Sigora's President ********* money from employees and company. Thank you for any assistance or information that will help me out of this nightmare.

My solar system was installed in 2020. It worked great for about 3 years No I dont thi its working at all. I cannot reach the company. It seem that they have gone out of business. Didnt receive any notice. What recourse do I have??

I purchased a solar panel system from Sigora , it took several months for them to come set up system . crew came build unit in one day talked With site Boss ****, they left and contact me that another crew was coming to make changes (replace Wires). Then a very young site personal came out with service man she said everything looked good, just need ok from local power company. this took another month, now its been around 6 months. Get a call from another company telling me they will take over service, and that my system only worked a short time and that Sigora Solar is Bankrupt, called all numbers all out of service. Talked with a man who work with sigora , said they owe him *****K. I wish there a law suit against them.....

Purchased a solar panel system from Sigora and was happy for a year and a half. Then when I had problems, called and left messages, no calls ever returned.

I have been trying to contact the company about upgrading my inverter and have yet to receive a response. Its the same thing every time: call customer service, record message, no response. Becoming a customer was the easiest part of the process. Everything took a turn once Sprint withdrew their service. I have been having issues with Sigora Solar ever since when trying to upgrade my inverter or even getting a representative on the phone! I deeply regret having done business with this company!

While attempting to sell ** on their solar program, Sigora Solar representatives were quite responsive, and their sales team and installers kept in regular contact with us.Now that the system has been up and running for less than 1 year, and we have a failed microprocessor, no one has ever once returned our calls or responded to our emails, in well over a month of trying to reach Cusomer "Service".We have even repeatedly reached out to their customerexcellence@sigorahome.... email address, suggesting this approach appears to be the company's pat response to every complaint we have read online about Sigora Solar. The written response to each negative review of this company we have read, seems to been a post, asking the complainant to contact the above address, to resolve whatever issue the customers are reviewing.Having now reached out to that email address multiple times, and gotten no response at all, we believe that this response to complains by the company is just an empty stall, and it leads nowhere.Every email to this "customerexcellence" address has gone unanswered.While we had been satisfied with our decision to go with the Solar installation, at least until one of the microprocessors failed in April (at just 10 months old), a total lack of post sales customer care is making ** deeply regret choosing to do business with Sigora Solar.

Our experience was terrible. The project took over a year to complete. The communication and follow-through was nonexistent, unless I initiated the conversation. There were never resolutions, but excuses as to whose responsibility it was to complete the task. The turnover for the organization became troublesome as no one was able to follow our account and support what their sales representatives offered. As of now, none of the numbers connected to the office work. They are not responding to emails or texts messages either. We are still waiting for items promised by their sales representatives as well as a completion of our project. The project began with sales pitch in November of 2021 and has yet to be completed.

I wanted to purchase solar panels. Due to personal matters I needed to cancel. I was considering purchasing the panels at a later time. Then money was removed from my account. The third-party company - ****** - will not cancel my account until a representative from Sigora Solar contacts them on my behalf. No one from Sigora Solar is answering my calls or emails. ****** emailed me to inform me that I will be responsible for the loan payments until th is matter is rectified…by the way, panels were not installed at my home. I need help now!
