Our house was built by Harrington Properties in May of 2023. During the following year we made a request to have unlevel and soft floors fixed by the builder. The builders subcontractors made a visit to level the main floor on August 10th. They spent time leveling the floor but did not address the soft spots and left without telling us they would not address the soft spots. I followed up with the builder, ******* Harrington and he agreed to send them back out on August 12. They looked at the floors and left. When I asked them what they were doing as they left they told me ******* was coming over to look at it. ******* drove to the house but never came in and never spoke with me about the floors. After a few minutes he left without coming into the house. I then called ******* and he told me it was the floors natural way of moving and said that was just the way it was. Nobody who speaks English has come into the house to assess the soft floors and try to fix them.Business response

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience youve experienced with the flooring in your home. Our goal is to ensure that every homeowner is satisfied with their property.
Regarding the leveling of the floors, I understand that our subcontractors visited on August 10th and that further assessments took place on August 12th. During our last phone interaction, I explained to you how LVP flooring can sometimes move, as it is a floating floor.
If you would like, I have no issue ordering you some boxes of your selected LVP Floor and having them delivered directly to you. Please contact me directly to discuss a convenient time for this. Your satisfaction is important to us, and I am committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
