Had a new roof put on April 2023 and began leaking in December of 2023 with all the heavy rain ** has gotten this winter. There are multiple wet spots on our roof in our living roof from this leak. *** came out after weeks of trying to contact him.... put a blue tarp on the spot he believed the leaks were happening and has not came back since. The tarp has been on our roof since January 11th ****. *** saying he will send (I believe the name is ******) out to fix the roof but is continuously NOT SHOWING UP. *** stated he had a rough **** start so we gave him the benefit of the doubt, some ***** and have tried to be patient but with the high winds and continuous rain in ** right now, the problem is only going to continue to worsen due to the lack of anyone showing up associated with this company to fix this problem.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and save yourself the worry and money because you'll just have to contact another roofer to come fix their shotty work. We should not be having this problem on a less than a year old roof. I understand life happens but you also have a business to run and past clients who are relying on you and the warranty you claimed to provide to fix a staple piece foundation of their home. This company may give you a lower estimate than other roofers but it is now showing now in the lack of communication and customer service AFTER the roof was paid for. NOT EVEN 1 YEAR!!! The reviews on ****** are (were) fantastic but I guess now that the father has passed and the son took over, the business is unreliable. We spoke with 5 different roofers before deciding on Tims Roof Contractors. Now I feel like an idiot and wish I could go back in time to choose someone else to put on a roof that is supposed to last us 10+ years. We are extremely disappointed and I feel like I've been scammed.Review from Daniel H

My new roof only lasted two years before it started leaking. I have been getting the runaround from the former owners son, as the former owner has passed away. The young man that I spoke to refuses to engage in warranty repair work. At this point, they have violated the warranty of merchant ability and find themselves in a very actionable position. Do not under any circumstances use this company!Review from Kennie B

This woman has not been a customer of ours. My dad has passed away and he left the company to me. My name is ***************************** and Im not pretending to be anyone or anything like that we still have all the same people doing our work
