I joined the gym but left i decided to get home gym. I paid my 50 dollars cancelation but they charged my card the next month, I called to tell them they shouldnt have charged me, but never received another call back. I had to call back and employee said Manger/owner said I paid to close to the billing date. Which was incorrect. I checked the day i paid to make sure I was able to cancel without paying another month. I don't now how she/he can make a claim without seeing the information and verifying it before tellin her/his employee to tell me I paid to close to due date. After callin them the 3rd time, They now say THEY DID MAKE A MISTAKE and their sorry AND they were refunding the money. It should take 3 to 4 business days. Now it's been 13 days past the event. Now their response is, its handled by another company and not them. No signs of helping me out or trying to resolve issue. This is my attempt to get my money before takin them to small claims courtBusiness response

Mr. ***** did join our facility and less than 2 months after signing a 12 month contract, he wanted to cancel his membership. He did pay the cancellation fee. However, our 3rd party billing system did, in fact, take out the following month’s dues incorrectly. Once brought to our attention by Mr ***** we reached back out to our billing program to ensure he will be reimbursed. The company informed us he had.
However after a week or 2 he reached back out, very angry and threatening, stating he had not been reimbursed. Prior to this last engagement, I was under the assumption he actually had been reimbursed the $37 fee as I had not heard anything else. Once again, reaching back out to our system, they indicated he had been reimbursed the day prior to this BBB complaint, however I asked them to reimburse him again. So now he has been reimbursed twice, for $37 each.
this individual has a history of bullying small businesses in our community as indicated by his google reviews he leaves.

Complaint: ********As you see in the picture, she said the 3rd party made a mistake charging ********** instead of ****. (Attempt number 1)
On the phone call she said this MUST OF BEEN, what happened and why it didn't refund. but she didn't really know. which shows that she lied on google review to make herself look good.
Then you see where she says they will apply the refund again now.. (attempt number 2)
This is when i got the money from my refund, 3 days later..
Where is this attempt number 3 that shows extra $37 was taken?

She did not attempt to call anyone about my money
I called the store total of 3 times and last time told them i will be reporting to the bbb and google reviews if i dont get reimbursed
They said its not in my hands its 3rd party and do what you wanna do.
Then after making my claims on google and bbb, I recieve a call from them saying they made a mistake and i will be getting my money back.
and she will be getting that refund started and should be there in 3 to 4 days. (Attempt number 2) On the phone
So no way have i been credited $37 twice. I do have financial statements to back that up as well.
This is her play to make them look better than they are, just like they did on google review.
The intent of this letter is to bring evidence that these claims are false and unreal and show the true character of b and f fitness center.
That they are dishonest in how they handle money and dishonest when time to bring the details to a profession review.
This company does bad business. i heard around town they were having money problems this is why I was checking my refund so much.
Glad I did. Sucks dishonest companies like this exists.
Then to go to the lengths of saying this to slander my name shows the kinda company they are.
I'm a Combat Marine that had fought in Afghanistan to stand up for those that cant and defending against those that take advantage of people, like B and G Fitness.

I will no longer participate in your shenanigans. You have received your $37, now leave my business alone. Go bully someone else.
I was relating the information I received from our third party billing system. That is all I can do, is what they tel me.
also, you can keep your hearsay to yourself about the financials of my institution. That is hearsay and my business is doing well, thank you.
I don’t care if you have served, if you treat people and businesses like crap, you will get treated that way. I appreciate all veterans but you aren’t going to use that to bully me into feeling some type of way.

if you have a problem with me, my business or my responses you are more than welcome to come in and talk to me like adults instead of being a keyboard warrior on the computer.
