  I financed a vehicle from Star car ******** in ************* ************** on 7/15/24. Omid ramen is the owner and I was going to write him a check but he refused and insisted that I get cash from the bank so I did, I asked to test drive the vehicle but he insisted on doing all the paperwork first. Once the paperwork was done we have been there all day and there was no sense in test driving, the vehicle started right up and I noticed that there was no cool air coming out of the vents, I asked him what was up with that he said it needed free on, I said okay I'm going to take it to ********** in ******** ******** anyway so it can be inspected, he then kept telling me not to take it to a big company to take it to a small mechanic shop, I assure him that I deal with ********** and they have never done me wrong. Less than ************************************************************** that the vehicle was infested with Rot and rust, that it had several oil leaks, all four tires were showing wire, and needed new bolts because in order to put tires on they would have to break the old ones, the airbag light is on, it needs ******** converters, turbos, it cannot have running boards to get up in the truck because of the rot and the rust that they would just fall off and could possibly fall off down the road and cause a life-threatening accident, the vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive and cannot and will not be passed for inspection. I called omid less than 12 hours after financing the vehicle to please take the vehicle back that I was going to bring it to him he said absolutely not. It will cost 15 to ****** to fix,. The *** shows the last report was in 2019 and that the vehicle has 5 to 7 recalls, it also shows that the vehicle then had ****** miles, I financed it with ******* miles, **** will not work on this unsafe vehicle . I called the warranty people and they refused it because I just purchased which tells them it was existing, **** was mad at me for not lying to them

  I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have contacted and filed fraud with the finance company against the dealership and they have not been able to get a response as well. Nothing is resolved and the vehicle sits in my garage because it can not pass inspection in the state of ******** and it has several major issues
