I ordered two clothing items from this boutique online. I received tracking for my item but only one of the two items was delivered. I reached out to the seller who said they would send the item that was left out. I never received tracking and after waiting a month never received the item. I have send reached out three times following up on the item with no response. The outfits were a set so the one is worthless to me without the other so I requested to return and receive a full refund and no response.Initial Complaint

After reading the other complaints, my issue is the exact same. I placed an order with several items with May and **** ship dates and began emailing the company for an update in late July with no response. Terrible customer service. If there is an update to an items ship date, this should be communicated. How can a business keep getting away with taking money and not sending an item or refunding? Definitely would not recommend and will not be using them in the future.Initial Complaint

Paid for 4 outfits on July 5th. Two were a preorder ETA September and two were ETA October. After not receiving the outfits I started emailing, messaging, commenting and finally got a reply that two would be refunded and the other two would be sent if I still wanted them. Still have not received a refund or the outfits. Havent received any information or responses after messaging. After looking on their page, it seems a lot of people are asking where and when they will receive their outfits because they havent gotten them either.Initial Complaint

I placed a preorder on 11-7-2022 for an outfit with a March 2023 ship date. I began emailing the company on 4-1-23 requesting a ship date as this was for an event on 4-15-23. I never received a response to emails. I messaged them through the Shop Pay app. No response. I sent a DM on Instagram. No response. I went to their ******** page and saw MANY complaints and requests for a response to missing orders. I posted a comment asking for a response. They blocked me. No response. No refund. I placed an order with the company back in February with an ETA of June. June 2 I received my order except a short set that cost $20. I immediately sent an email to company with no response. I went to their ************** and messaged with no response. I started to comment on items and finally received an email that stated that particular item had not arrived yet and once it did it would be sent out to me. End of June my item had not arrived and another order I placed from ******* was missing. I again commented and received an email that it was running late and I was muted in the group. Once I was able to ask questions again about my orders I was removed from the **************. I received an email With a refund for my ******* order due to negative comments and when I asked for my missing item from February they replied I received it early June. I made sure to send screenshots of the emails where they said it was running late. I also asked that images of my underage child be removed from the ************** since I am no longer able to monitor the use of the photos in a public group. I have not received refund, or my items, and images of my toddler are still up. Other members who have paid for items from this company are having the same exact issues. We all just want our money back.Business response

We are saddened to receive this complaint as we have worked tirelessly to resolve while enduring continuous slandering and harassment. This complaint is another attempt to slander, bully, and negatively impact our business.
As stated in our Shipping Policy (linked below) and in the complaint, arrival times are an "ETA" (estimated time of arrival) and are subject to change. We ask customers to see our ************** for updates on shipping. Please understand that any manufacturing/shipping delays are out of our control and we do our best to update should any delays arise. When placing an order with Buttered Biscuit Boutique you are agreeing to not hold Buttered Biscuit Boutique liable for any delays in receiving/shipping your items as a result of inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic,or any natural disasters that are out of our control. Regardless, we have refunded all items to the complainant's original payment method at her request.
Based on continuous harassment we removed the complainant from our *************** We were given an unreasonable amount of time to respond to any comments/requests (ex: complainant commented/requested information 20+ times in less than 2 minutes after 10pm, outside of business hours). Complainant has slandered our company on social media (pictures attached) with the last comment made by her, confirming resolution.
This is the first request we have received in regard to removing pictures of her children.All pictures posted were made by her of her own free will on many occasions throughout the past 2 years. The complainant has always been able to remove pictures herself at any time. Per her request, we have removed all pictures for her. Please note our ************** is private, not public and these pictures were only posted by the complainant on her own free will and never distributed, used on websites, or any social media by the company.
