      I hired this company to do repairs and adjustments on the existing gutters of the house, and to install a new gutter + downspout on one side. I agreed to pay $800 (according to issued invoice) upon completion.Initial work was done on June 17th 2024. Payment of $800 via credit card was made on the same day.The gutter installer, while working on one of the spots that required corrections, violated an adjacent corner section of the gutters. A gap between flaps within a corner piece opened up, and of course is was leaking the next day when tested. On June 24th the same gutter installer tried to fix this issue. He said I'm not ashamed to come again if it leaks. Next day test with water showed leakage on both sides of this corner piece. I requested to fix the leakage or give a partial refund. My request was not answered. No further attempts from this company to fix have followed.At this point, the wished resolution for me is a refund of $200. I don't have confidence in this company. I saw a sloppy work. I saw nails left in a gutter. I saw no desire to come again and fix leaking. I had to argue with the gutter installer, which is not conductive for business. Why $200? This job was given to this company as a whole: repairs and new installation. You can not say to me I'll do a sweet new installation for $500, and the repairs... h*** with it. No. This company did not perform well. I need to hire a competent party to fix leakage after this company.Invoice attached.2 pictures showing leakage attached.

      I try to be someone who covers any type of needs for customers and at a fair price, even when its a job that is too small to make a decent profit on. That is how i built my business. There were many complaints that ***** presented to me, and i want to be as fair and honest as possible but some of the concerns i've never had to deal with from a customer because theyre such minuscule, irrelevant issues, such as 1 nail in the gutter from where we removed the old nails from the gutter hangers to adjust the pitch. I have very strong faith in my gutter installer, ******, he is extremely hard-working and honest by default and nature, weve done hundreds of jobs together and ive never caught him being dishonest with me or causing issues that would raise concerns of trust, he was very very adamant in assuring me that he spoke with the homeowner when there and let him know that when we tightened up the gutter that was visibly loose/not flush against the fascia board, that it could separate the seam of the miter (corner) the reason that this can happen is because the structure (framing, fascia boards, etc) can have imperfections causing it to not be plumb or square and apparently whoever installed these gutters originally made note of this while installing so they opted to leave the gutter on the right side not completely tightened against the fascia to prevent corner seam issues im ok with a partial refund of $200 if you could just please give me like a week to return this payment, im out on a lot of open projects at the moment and stretched a little thin. Im sorry you had a bad experience with us, most of my customers are absolutely beyond satisfied and usually impressed with our service but theres just a lot more than meets the eye with your project and i should of done a better job at assessing during diagnosing/estimating. i truly hope some of the services we provided were able to give you some satisfaction. Most professional companies dont deal with these little jobs cause not enough room for profit, however, i try to be someone who is there for anyones requests we did quite the # of adjustments for the price given, we addressed a couple more items i believe than what we originally agreed to, and we informed the homeowner that the potential gap could be created when we tightened that gutter, its always flipped around the other way which isnt surprising, we replaced the entire corner when we returned to make adjustments, i didnt even mention that on here or how things went when my installer came back the 2nd time to make corrections and how he was approached and treated, because i dont like to say bad things about people.       I have not had time to address these messages, it is getting excessive to just keep repeating myself, the owner was notified that the corner could potentially create an opening if we secured the loose gutter, he complied and we proceeded. After his request to resolve further, we returned at no additional charge and replaced the corner, ive failed to mention some necessary points out of respect and not wanting to resort to immature behavior but the homeowner is simply taking a victim standpoint here and will clearly never see things for any way except his own distorted and desired belief, my installer called me when there during 2nd visit and was clearly threatened by the homeowners behavior and attitude, theres no proof to be honest that the corner still presented issues after replaced, i feel like we are definitely being manipulated and harassed in order for him to receive money back and have his repairs completed at the same time, clearly he is abusing his power as a customer, manipulating the customer/merchant relationship knowing that our reputation is at his mercy. I will take the negative ratings, the review, but i am done dealing with this customer as he clearly has nothing but a desire to make things complicated for me in a vengeful and hateful manner.

      the money was deducted from my ****** account so **** has his money that was unrightfully taken from me although undeserved, i had a lot of turbulence in my life in the past month including a bad car accident that left me without a work truck and sharing my wifes minivan which she uses for our 3 children to do jobs when i can, this needs to be closed out and there should be more systems available and implemented for businesses are targeted and manipulated with biased claims that are untrue or unfair, **** received more than what he paid for for a small job that most wouldnt deal with as it is too small to profit on, he found any small ***** thing he could to overemphasize on and turn this into a huge ordeal, i think its clear the kind of person he is, but none the less, he got his $ so this case needs to be closed.

      I already responding to the last message with attachments of the closed case with ****** where i had $200 and a $15 fee taken from my account, where it is on your end **** im not sure, but it was taken weeks ago from my account. It is not my responsibility to educate you on how to operate PayPals computer or app software, i hope you get it all figured out, good luck. take care.
