I have getting my car serviced by this company for years and have almost never had a problem. I needed a new seat for my van and I was told that he needed 120 up front to purchase the sent and to send the money through cash app. I didn’t think anything of it because he had done that before minus the cash app part. Since I work outside the city and wouldn’t be back in time to pay him for the labor and went ahead and sent the 80 he charged for the labor as well. ***** had my van for an entire week and didn’t complete anything. He had originally purchased a seat but it was the wrong color so he told me he would have to get another one which would take a day. I was reaching out to him everyday to check on the status of the van and everyday was an excuse so i finally asked for a refund of the 200 and He has been ducking my calls and not responding to texts. I have proof of payment as well as all communications we had because we mostly communicated through messenger. I just want the money i worked hard for back in my household.
