We have been loyal Exmark customers for 15 years and recently had a Lazer Z mower brake down on us, we took it to one of their dealers and the repaired the mower, now weeks later the dealer is calling us saying Exmark has denied the warranty claim on the machine, stating that the Maintenace was not performed, which it was, after being a customer for 15 years and having Bought 10 Lazer Z's over the years, of which we still have five, we even bought a new one while this issue over the warranty repair is going on, we would expect there to be some customer good will here and to have them pay their dealer for the repairs, if we had known the warranty was going to be denied we would have just repaired the machine on our own (I have been an automotive technician for 45 years), over all the years of buying machines from Exmark we have only had 3 warranty claims taken care of by their dealers, due to the fact that I normally just do the small repairs and eat the cost in order to keep the machines up and running and in service, cannot afford to have a machine sit at one of the dealers for a month or longer waiting for minor repairs, our usual dealer has dropped the Exmark line which is what forced us to have to go to a dealer much further away
