Refuse to come back for trash pick up after Bridget told us twice they would pick it then the said we don't do that and that we should put trash in our car and take it to the "roll away"

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/26) */ Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the CSR and the customer at this location. With the shortage of drivers and COVID hitting our driver base, this particular area we do not go back for misses, due to them having a roll off container on site in which residents can dump their trash. I understand this is not the best for our customer's, but due to time constraints put on our drivers on how long they can drive, this is our only short term solution.
