I paid in $820.09 full for four items that have never been delivered five months later. I have gone in person four to five times and was promised them each time. I left around five voice mails, none of which have been returned. This includes last week where I asked for a return call or I was going to ***** ****** ***** - still no reply. I have given information in writing with no follow up. I believe his name is **** as the sole owner/employee. He has failed in every way possible. I have been considerate and polite throughout this. Total failure by this business.
