My son had his wisdom teeth pulled in March of this year. They had me put down $2000 even though I had two medical insurances and two dental insurances I have received EOB‘s from one medical insurance and one dental insurance and they have received quite a good chunk of that money back if not all of it, but they still have not given me my money to reimburse me from the insurance payment. I have called them three times they keep telling me they are going to call me back and they never do get the runaround. It’s going to be four business days and the last time I was told it was 15 to 20 business days , so I am looking to get my money back since I told them upfront anyway that I didn’t need to put that much money down because my daughter had hers pulled couple years ago and I ended up owing zeroCustomer response
