**** ******** account ******** paid $526.44 for a year of service (11-20-23 through 11-19-24) with DTN. He passed away on 3-20-24. I notified DTN customer service on 4-8-24 about his death and requested that services be cancelled. Since he paid in full, he was owed a refund for the months of service not used due to his passing. I was told that a credit $263.84 was on the account and would be refunded. After contacting customer service on two more different occasions through email, the amount still has not been refunded. I am the executor of his estate and I am trying to get back the money he is owed. It has now been several months and still no resolution with DTN. Nick was a long-standing customer with this company for many years and is entitled to what was promised to be returned. I appreciate your help with this matter.
