***** has had my vehicle for over nine months now. Do not like to call you and let you know what’s going on. They do not like to work with my warranty service. No idea when my vehicle will be fixed. No answers period. Just a simple we're working on it!!Initial Complaint

Purchased a car 11/03/23 and was told it had heated seats. After getting it home and doing some checking it does not have heated seats. Went back to dealer and told them about it. They said they would check it out and call me that day. NO CALL. Returned to dealer and spoke with Gordie Bryant. He said they would take care of it and he would call. NO CALL. Returned and spoke with ***** * (sales manager) and he said he was trying to get it set up with repair shop and he would call that evening and let me know what they were going to do. NO CALL. I told them I would file a complaint with BBB but that did not seem to bother them. They say it is a misunderstanding. I asked the salesman if it had heated seats and he said yes. No misunderstanding to me. All I want is a car with the options they told me it had.Business response

I have been in contact with ** ******* about this repeatedly, the complaint was a surprise to me. We have sent him a check for $150 long before this complant was filed and have since told him we will install or pay him for the cost of the heated seats. Currently, I am patiently waiting for him to email me back.
