Yes, this company managed to my mom's house. My mom has lived here for 17 years. She's 75 years old a month ago. They sold the house and gave my mom a month to move. They never offered her any help of relocating or anything plus they gave for deposit to the new owners. They didn't offer any kind of help. Whatsoever. They're just giving us a 30 day notice and we had to move.Business response

What she said is correct. The Seller wanted the house sold. We have a contract and gave her 30 days to move out. We are legally bound to our seller to represent them. She was not out of the house when she was supposed be. Actually she is still there. Now the new purchasers have to reschedule their entire move. They will not close until they can do a final walk through on the house vacant. Further more this tenant is often late with her rent and has not paid Octobers rent.
